WIN is proud to host Carol Rollie Flynn, one of the first women to rise to the top ranks of the CIA’s Directorate of Operations, which oversees clandestine operations overseas. Drawing on personal and professional experiences during her 30-year CIA career, she will share her view of the world and address the dilemmas and global challenges facing the United States, as seen from the eye of an intelligence professional.
