About Us
Building a Legacy of Leadership
Mission & History
WIN began almost 20 years ago as an idea between two friends.
WIN of Philadelphia was founded in 2008 by Tracy Musser and Sharon Hayman to create a space where investment professionals could connect, exchange ideas, and grow together. Motivated by a shared commitment to empowering individuals throughout their careers in financial services, they launched WIN as a platform for both professional development and meaningful relationship-building within the investment industry.
From its earliest events—designed to spark conversation and build community—WIN has grown into a thriving network of over 300 members and more than 25 corporate sponsors. Today, WIN continues to support professionals across all areas of financial services and investing, including plan sponsors, investment managers, consultants, accountants, attorneys, and human resources professionals.
Three strategic goals guide our mission:
- To promote professional networking and career development by leveraging our effective programs, diverse membership, and strong connections across the investment community.
- To foster personal growth through leadership opportunities, mentoring, and educational resources tailored to a wide range of roles and experience levels.
- To provide high-caliber education and timely resources that support continued learning and excellence in the investment industry.
WIN offers a variety of robust engagement opportunities, including monthly educational events, committee involvement, community outreach, and exclusive access to member job boards and networking tools—all designed to help our members connect, learn, and lead.
