Letter from the Presidents

Looking back on an amazing year, 2025 was a testament to the strength and vibrancy of the WIN community. We have evolved into one of the region’s most esteemed professional and diverse networks, offering personal and professional development opportunities and fostering meaningful connections at every career level.

Throughout the year, we balanced high-level industry insights with unique networking experiences. Highlights included our panel discussions at Hamilton Lane and Venerable, a deep dive into estate planning at Vanguard, and a look at market trends at Legacy Advisors. We also embraced new ways to connect, from “NET-working” on the pickleball courts to our annual Summer Social at Overbrook Golf Club and our festive Holiday Social at Nest Home Decor. We also saw engagement from TEN new corporate sponsors across all levels of sponsorship. We could not be more grateful for the level of support we receive from the financial services community in our area.

We are hitting the ground running in 2026! Our January kickoff event, ‘From ICU to CEO: Lessons in Leadership, Grit, and Growth’, featuring Patti Brennan of Key Financial, sets a powerful tone for the year. By exploring the intersection of resilience and professional evolution, this session encapsulates our vision for 2026: a year dedicated to empowering our members to lead with courage and navigate their careers with determination. We are also thrilled to unveil our refreshed website, to further enhance your WIN experience.

Our mission remains the same: to be a warm and welcoming community for every member. For those new to WIN or those who find networking a bit daunting, we are here to help you start a conversation and build the relationships that will support your personal and professional development for years to come.
