Leadership
Letter from the Presidents
Dear WIN Community,
What an incredible first half of 2026 it has been! And as we settle in to the second half of the year, we are thrilled to reflect on the strength, vibrancy, and growth of the WIN community. Together, we continue to build one of the region’s most esteemed professional and diverse networks – fostering deep connections, offering high-impact development opportunities, and supporting each other at every career level.
So far this year, we have balanced high-level industry insights with unique networking experiences. Here is a look at our 2026 journey year-to-date:
- January Kickoff: We set a powerful, resilient tone for the year with “From ICU to CEO: Lessons in Leadership, Grit, and Growth” featuring Patti Brennan at Terrain Gardens, inspiring us to lead with courage.
- February Wardrobe Transformation: We gathered at Nordstrom King of Prussia for our Semi-Annual Membership Event, “Unlock Your Wardrobe’s Full Potential,” learning how to align our personal style with professional success.
- March Insights: Brandywine Global Investment hosted us for “Effectively Navigating Change,” providing practical strategies to turn workplace transitions into opportunities for personal and professional growth.
- April Roundtable: In partnership with the City of London Investment Group (CLIG), we hosted our 2nd Annual Investment Roundtable at The Ivy at Ellis Preserve, engaging in timely discussions shaping today’s landscape including geopolitics, asset allocation, and the role of AI technologies within the institutional investment space.
- June Private Markets & Golf: We kicked off June with our Mid-Year Private Markets Perspective hosted by Future Standard, enjoying gorgeous skyline views and sharp market insights. We followed that later in the month with a fantastic day on the greens at our annual Golf Outing at White Manor Country Club, hosted alongside the CFA Society of Philadelphia.
- And we recently launched Around the Table with WIN, a monthly lunch gatheringdesigned to bring together small groups of members to connect and engage in meaningful conversations.
Our core mission remains unchanged: to provide a warm, welcoming space for every member. Whether you are a longtime member or new to the network, we are here to help you start conversations and build relationships that will support you and your career for years to come.
Thank you for your active engagement, energy, and dedication to this community during the first half of the year. As we approach our 20th anniversary in 2027, we cannot wait to see what we will accomplish together in the months, and years, ahead!
All our best,
Tracy Musser, Co-Founder and Co-President and Melissa Currie, Co-President
