WIN of Philadelphia partnered with Clark Capital Management for an insightful evening of conversation, connection, and career-focused discussion. Through a series of interactive roundtable conversations, attendees had the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, share their own perspectives, and engage in meaningful dialogue around topics that resonate with women at all stages of their careers.

Throughout the evening, members rotated among discussions on Imposter Syndrome, Building a Personal Brand, Career Advancement & Advocating for Yourself, Maximizing Mentor & Sponsor Relationships, and How to Expand Your Influence within a Team. The co-leaders shared valuable insights from their own career journeys, offering practical advice, lessons learned, and thoughtful guidance on navigating common professional challenges.
