On October 17, 2024 the WIN community gathered for an engaging conversation about the Economic Outlook and Private Market Pathways featuring two distinguished female leaders:  Liz Campbell, Chief Investment Officer of Portfolio Advisors and FS Management Committee Member and Lara Rhame, Chief U.S. Economist at FS Investments.

During this fireside chat, these experts shared their personal career journeys and what lead them into their current roles. Additionally, Lara discussed the current state of the economy and her future outlook in addition to offering valuable perspectives on the markets, economic trends, and the upcoming election.  Liz  gave us an in-depth look at the private investment market, demystified the concept of private equity and discussed why it’s such a significant component of overall market.

It was an informative and engaging discussion and every attendee walked away with more knowledge and understanding of these important topics.
