Please join WIN for a fun evening of networking and hands-on cooking at
WIN members will take a hands-on instructional cooking class where we will prepare and eat an entire meal. This is a great opportunity to network with other WIN members while acquiring new cooking skills and ideas.
At The Kitchen Workshop, you will have a chance to interact with the instructor, Art Roman, and ask questions in class to help you better understand the concepts and techniques of cooking.
The theme for the menu is a Fall, Quick Dinner and will include:
- Southwestern Pumpkin Soup
- Baby Spinach with Sautéed Pears, Toasted Pecans, Goat Cheese
- Pork Tenderloin with Fennel Cream Sauce
- Roasted Autumnal Vegetables
- Rustic Apple Galette
Price is $49.00 per person which includes a full meal, hands-on instruction, copies of all recipes taught in class, complimentary wine and other beverages.
