Sponsored by Dakota Funds and led by Whitney Thain, Director of Athletics at Merion Cricket Club (and Pickle Pro!) the evening will include two clinics along with cocktails and light bites. Pickleball equipment is included.

Whitney Thain graduated from Rosemont College with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management and had a very successful four-year career on the women’s tennis team. She was the Head Tennis Coach for the men’s and women’s teams at Drexel University for five years while during summers she was also the Social Director and a teaching pro at the Germantown Cricket Club.
Whitney joined Merion Cricket Club as assistant to the Activities Coordinator and in 2008 was promoted to Director of Athletics. In this role, she is the liaison to the athletic professional staff and the athletic committees as well as assisting in the coordination of all athletic tournaments, schedules athletic outings, and manages activity on the Great Lawn.
