Board Members
Tracy L. Musser
Tracy founded an investment services organization committed to enhancing and maintaining the assets of investment firms. She provides strategic consulting services and distribution strategies.
She is a recognized industry voice and strategic advisor with a foundation of investment knowledge and market trends. Tracy began her career in the investment industry in 1996. Prior to joining Truist Foundations and Endowments Specialty Practice in 2021, she worked for Thompson, Siegel & Walmsley, LLC (TS&W) as Sr. Institutional Relationship Manager and Pilgrim Baxter & Associates, Ltd. as Vice President, Consultant Relations.
She is a co-founder of the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia organization, where she serves as Co-President. She is a member of the Investment Committee for the Chester County Community Foundation. Tracy is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University, and earned her MBA from St. Joseph’s University. She is currently registered with FINRA.
Melissa Currie
Vice President, Institutional Business Development, Titan Investors
A dedicated advocate for women in the investment management industry, Melissa currently serves as Co-President of WIN.
At Titan Investors she specializes in building relationships and creating shared success between asset managers and institutional allocators.
With extensive marketing and business development experience across the financial services industry Melissa’s career journey includes a long tenure at BlackRock in institutional and retail marketing roles, and leadership positions at SEI (Marketing Director) and Penn Capital Management (Director of Marketing and Digital Solutions). Prior to her current role at Titan, Melissa managed her own consulting practice.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Phoenix.
Carey Burke
Head of Strategic Projects and Initiatives, Hartford Funds
Carey is an investment professional in the financial services industry with over 25 years of experience. Currently she is the Head of Strategic Projects and Initiatives for Hartford Funds. In her role, she is responsible for driving firmwide coordination and alignment of resources in support of Hartford’s product initiatives. Prior to joining Hartford Funds, Carey worked at the Bank of New York Mellon where she held various positions in fund accounting and relationship management.
Carey holds a B.S. in Accounting from Millersville University. She has her FINRA series 6 and 26 licenses, a Women in Executive Leadership certificate from Cornell University and the CFA Certificate in Sustainable Investing. She lives outside of Philadelphia with her husband, Ian, and her two children, Taylor and Justin.
Jennifer Ciotti
Senior Brand Manager, Vanguard
Jennifer is a Senior Brand Strategy Manager at Vanguard, where she is focused on telling the Vanguard story in ways that set the firm apart and inspire action. She leads a team that is responsible for driving strategy across the enterprise and helping develop brand marketing and advertising campaigns that connect Vanguard’s mission to investor needs.
Prior to joining Vanguard, Jennifer was the Program Manager for SEI Ventures, where she was responsible for scaling the program to drive strategic growth for SEI and managing a pipeline of investment opportunities, evaluating startups across banking, wealth management, capital markets, insurance, and cybersecurity. Previously, Jennifer was a Marketing Communications Manager for SEI’s Institutional Group, where she was responsible for developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to demonstrate the value proposition of SEI’s outsourced chief investment officer (OCIO) solution to prospects and clients. (PMI-ACP).
Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in management from Bucknell University and her MBA with a dual specialization in strategic management and marketing from the Villanova School of Business.
Laura M. Dolan, CFP®
Vice President, Lead Relationship Manager, T. Rowe Price.
Laura is an accomplished investment professional with over 25 years of defined contribution plan and wealth management experience. In her current role, Laura is responsible for delivering proactive, strategic account management and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of institutional defined contribution clients. Key to this role is establishing and growing deeply committed relationships in support of T. Rowe Price’s mission of delivering investment excellence and steadfast retirement services.
Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Laura worked at the Vanguard Group where she held a variety of leadership positions in asset management, institutional advice, supplier management and relationship management.
Laura earned a B.A in economics, with a minor in French, from Hamilton College and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. Laura is also a FINRA series 6, 7, and 63 registered representative and a Leadership Philadelphia fellow.
Denise Iemolo
Portfolio Manager, Bryn Mawr Trust
Denise is a Senior Investment Advisor at Bryn Mawr Trust where she collaborates with high-net-worth individuals and families to develop and implement wealth-planning strategies to achieve their financial goals.
With over 20 years of experience, Denise lends her expertise on all aspects of investment planning, strategy design and portfolio implementation. Prior to joining Bryn Mawr Trust, Denise was a Portfolio Manager at Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. and Affiliated Managers Group, working with high-net-worth individuals and families.
Denise holds an MBA, cum laude, from Villanova University and currently serves on the Board of The Presser Foundation, a nonprofit organization supporting music and music education, and is a member of the Finance Committee. Additionally, Denise is a member of the Investment Committee for Gwynedd Mercy Academy, her alma mater.
Cecily Keller
Cecily serves as Vice President, Talent Acquisition at Hartford Funds. She is responsible for leading and strategizing the organization’s recruiting efforts. Cecily has worked in recruiting and human resources roles within a variety of industries over her 30-year career and has been at Hartford Funds since 2015. She attended Villanova University, where she received a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in human resources management.
Tracy Rogers
Chief Administrative Officer, Dakota
Tracy Rogers joined the Dakota team in 2007 as a Director of Client Service, and was promoted to our Chief Administrative Officer in 2012. She leads the Client Service effort for our Investment Sales Team, which includes interfacing and supporting our Investment Partners daily, responding to allocator inquiries, completing RFPs, and managing all quarterly client communications. Additionally, she runs our OnBoarding, Training and Mentorship Programs for all new Dakota team members. Additionally Tracy, serves as Compliance Support for our RIA, Dakota Investments. She is also a Board Member of Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia.
Prior to joining Dakota, Tracy was the Director of Client Services for Penn Square Real Estate Group and an Annuity and New Business Underwriter for Allianz Life Insurance Company of North America. She graduated from Gettysburg College with her Bachelor’s in Business Management.
A fun fact about Tracy is that she loves playing tennis. She’s played since she was 5, and on through college where she was team captain. Tracy continues to enjoy playing competitively today.
Staci Wilhelm
Finance Chief Accounting Officer, J.G. Wentworth
Staci serves as J.G. Wentworth’s Specialty Finance Chief Accounting Officer, overseeing the technical accounting matters for the company. Additionally, she is responsible for various accounting functions including financial and compliance reporting and oversight of the accounting department.
Staci began her career more than 20 years ago in public accounting having worked with two international public accounting firms focused on the middle market. She maintained a broad portfolio of clients including private equity funds providing venture funding and leverage buyouts with assets under management of up to $1 billion as well as companies owned by private equity funds. Her largest fund client held portfolio investments in specialty finance, asset management and other firms serving the financial services market. She also has experience with business combinations and employee benefit plans and also facilitated a variety of professional staff training sessions nationally as well as locally.
Staci is a graduate of La Salle University, holds an MBA from Temple University and is a certified public accountant.
Cogan E. Wybranski
Cogan is a Marketing Specialist at Meradia, where she is responsible for leading the firm’s brand strategy and marketing initiatives. She develops thought leadership, manages conference participation, and builds strategic partnerships that strengthen Meradia’s position as a trusted consulting partner for institutional asset managers, asset owners, OCIOs, wealth managers, trust companies, banks, and insurers. Her work focuses on making complex topics clear, compelling, and actionable. She collaborates closely with consultants, clients, and vendors to design campaigns, deliver events, and create content that drives meaningful connections and measurable impact.
Prior to joining Meradia, Cogan held roles in financial services and marketing that shaped her expertise in campaign strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and digital engagement. Cogan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Temple University in 2021. She is an active member of the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia, where she contributes to the organization’s marketing efforts.

Maxine Dotseth
As past co-president of WIN and former co-chair of Corporate Sponsorship, Membership, and Program committees, Maxine serves as an advisor to the board to support various organizational and committee initiatives.
Maxine is an executive coach and business consultant to growth-minded professionals, executives, and business owners. She launched Step Up Growth in 2019 to advise and inspire professionals in their leadership development and career management initiatives. She is passionate about supporting women in finance to achieve their growth and leadership goals. In addition to her clients, she serves as a senior consultant and coach to CCI Consulting supporting key executive clients across multiple industries.
She received her executive coach certifications from the globally recognized Center for Executive Coaching and the International Coach Federation where she holds an ACC designation. She is also Predictive Index practitioner, a StrengthsFinder coach and Genos Emotional Intelligence leader helping professionals and firms optimize personal development and employee talent. As a Fortune 500 financial services senior leader she fostered new business relationships, expanded partnerships with Fortune 500 firms, start-ups, and not for profit organizations at key executive and management levels.
She has held leadership roles with BNY Mellon, Interactive Data, Control Data and SunGard/FIS. Maxine was a of the BNY Mellon annual Chairman’s Circle Award for top institutional sales achievement. She holds numerous additional awards for sales and client leadership.
Maxine is a past member of the Advisory Council for the PA Conference for Women. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Sciences degree from the University of Minnesota.
Laurie Hesketh
Laurie Hesketh, CIPM, is a seasoned leader in investment operations and operational transformation, currently serving as Managing Director at Meradia. With over 20 years of experience in capital markets technology and 13 years in strategic consulting, Laurie has made a significant impact across asset owners, asset managers, and service providers by designing operating models and optimizing investment performance platforms. She is known for her intuitive problem-solving and passion for driving organizational change. Laurie holds an MBA from Boston University and has held board roles in organizations supporting professional development and the arts, including the Women in Investing Network of Philadelphia and Brandywine Ballet Company. Her commitment to excellence and advancing women in finance makes her a valued member of WIN’s Advisory Board.

Committee Responsibilities:
- Attend 30-45 minute quarterly committee meetings
- Work with committee leadership on annual renewal campaign
- E-mail welcome is generated for each new WIN member
- Follow up on all membership inquiries referred from WIN Administration
- Assist committee leadership in developing and executing member engagement events that focus on young professionals, learning and development, and networking
- Coordinate with WIN administration on calendar coordination and event management for member-focused events
- Attend program events to promote WIN and engage with new members; committee members are encouraged to attend events throughout the year as schedules permit

Committee Responsibilities:
- Work with sponsors and WIN executive team to create engaging program content of interest to WIN members
- Coordinate with speakers and event coordinators (when an event is hosted by a WIN sponsor) to ensure events are engaging and interesting to attendees
- Create program descriptions, craft an invitation, and prepare day-of material
- Coordinate with other WIN committees to enhance the experience for our WIN members and WIN sponsors
